ENGLISH LEGENDS

The following blog is designed as a classroom guide and detailed lesson plans when teaching three of the most famous legends in english history.

It is designed for 3rd and 4th grade of primary school with a timing of 60 -120 minutes, depending on the class.

There is sufficient information and activities provided in order to make each lesson as short or long as required.

I like to focus on discussion and conversation in the classroom so that students can benefit from hearing and conversing with a native speaker.

Resources and links are included in each blog page with a view that the native language assistant assists in all aspects of discussion, pronunciation, reading, writing, vocabulary, classroom assignments and overall support for the non-native teacher. 

Both the teacher and the language assistant should discuss before- hand how they would like to organize the lesson between them with the main focus on any reading, discussions and conversations to be lead by the language assistant.
